Why Can't I Log In?

If you're having problems logging into your Sparkk TV account, it could be due to one of the following issues.

Invalid Login Credentials

Are you getting a message that says Warning, Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet when you try to log in? This means that your email of password may not be correct or you do not have an Account on Sparkk TV yet. This also can mean you may have created an account but not yet activated that account.
If you used Facebook or Twitter login to create a Sparkk TV account, be sure to Login using the same method.


If you forgot your password, try resetting it. Don’t forget to check your junk/spam folders if you’re not seeing it in your inbox after 15 minutes.

Account Activation

When you sign up for a Sparkk TV account, you will receive an email asking you to activate your account. Be sure to click the link supplied in the email or you account will not activate. Accounts not activated after 90 days will be subject to deletion.
