Using Your Account Across Devices

Sparkk TV is built for flexibility — you can log in to your account on multiple devices at once, whether you’re watching from your computer, smartphone, or tablet.

Your Watchlist automatically syncs across all logged-in devices when you use the same account credentials.
At this time, Sparkk TV does not support cross-device viewing progress or “Continue Watching,” but this feature is being explored for future updates.

You can remain signed in on several devices simultaneously without restrictions.
For your security, we recommend avoiding logins on shared or public computers.

Simultaneous Access

There’s currently no hard limit on how many devices you can stay logged in on.
To ensure a smooth streaming experience:

  • Use a stable internet connection (3 Mbps or higher recommended for HD).

  • Avoid sharing your login credentials — your Watchlist and preferences are unique to your account.

  • If playback issues occur after logging in on multiple devices, try logging out of any inactive sessions.

Your account will remain active as long as you log in periodically.
Accounts inactive for one full year are automatically deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Merging Multiple Accounts

Sparkk TV does not currently support merging multiple user accounts.
If you’ve accidentally created more than one account (for example, one with a personal email and another with a different address), we recommend:

  1. Deciding which account you want to keep.

  2. Using that account for all future logins.

  3. Submitting a deletion request for the extra account using the Privacy Request Form in your account settings.

This helps keep your Watchlist and preferences consistent.

Profiles and Shared Accounts

Sparkk TV accounts are designed for individual use and do not yet include separate user profiles.
All saved Watchlist items and account preferences are stored under a single profile.

If multiple people in your household share one account, everyone will see the same saved titles and settings.
We plan to expand personalization features — such as individual profiles — in the future.

Security & Best Practices

Keep your account secure across all devices by following these tips:

  • Use a strong, unique password that includes numbers and symbols.

  • Avoid sharing your login information.

  • Log out when using public or shared devices.

  • Report any suspicious login activity through Contact Support.

Sparkk TV never sells or shares your information, and all data is handled securely under our Privacy Policy.
