Your Privacy Matters

At Sparkk TV, protecting your personal information is one of our highest priorities.
We believe independent entertainment should come with peace of mind — your data stays safe, private, and fully under your control.

We only collect the minimal information required for your account to function, such as your email, date of birth, and optional preferences.
This helps us maintain your Watchlist, manage limited personalization features, and send relevant updates if you’ve opted in.

Your data is securely stored and encrypted, and we never sell or trade your information with third parties.

Account Activation and Retention

When you sign up for a Sparkk TV account, you’ll receive an activation email to verify your address and confirm your account.
Click the activation link in that email to complete registration and start using your account.

If your account remains unverified, it will be automatically deleted after 30 days for security and privacy reasons.
This ensures no personal information is stored unnecessarily.

If you don’t see your activation email:

  • Check your spam or junk folder.

  • Search your inbox for “Sparkk TV Activation.”

  • If you still can’t find it, contact our Support Team for assistance.

Once your account is verified, it remains active until you delete it or until it becomes inactive (see below).

How We Keep Your Information Secure

Sparkk TV uses industry-standard security practices to protect your account and data:

  • Encrypted Storage: All user credentials and personal data are securely encrypted.

  • Verified Connections: Every page on Sparkk TV uses HTTPS, ensuring your data is transmitted over an encrypted connection.

  • Minimal Data Collection: We only collect the information needed to operate your account — no unnecessary or invasive tracking.

  • Trusted Partners: Tools like Google Analytics are used only to help us understand performance and improve reliability, never for resale or advertising profiles.

  • Access Control: Only authorized Sparkk TV staff can access system data, and only for verified support or maintenance tasks.

Exporting or Deleting Your Data

You have complete control over your personal data.
From your account settings, you can request either:

  • Data Export — receive a copy of all information associated with your account.

  • Data Deletion — permanently remove your account and all related data.

To make a request:

  1. Log in to your Sparkk TV account.

  2. Go to Your Account → Privacy Request Form.

  3. Choose Export or Remove from the dropdown menu.

  4. Enter your account email and submit the form.

  5. Check your inbox for a verification email and click the link to confirm.

If you don’t confirm within 30 days, the request will expire and you’ll need to submit a new one.

Inactive Account Policy

To maintain security and performance, Sparkk TV automatically removes inactive accounts that haven’t been accessed for one full calendar year.
Before deletion, a reminder email will be sent to the address on file.

To keep your account active, simply log in before the deadline.
Once deleted, all associated data — including your Watchlist — is permanently erased from our system.

Your Rights and Control

You have the right to access, modify, export, or delete your data at any time.
