If you’re having trouble signing in to your Sparkk TV account, most issues can be resolved quickly.

Start with a password reset
The fastest way to restore access.
If your email and password aren’t working, begin with a password reset:
Go to sparkk.tv
Select Sign In
Click Forgot your password?
Enter the email address associated with your account
Follow the reset link sent to your email
Once your password is reset, return to Sparkk TV and try signing in again.
Check your email activation status
Unactivated accounts can’t be accessed.
If your account was never activated, sign-in will not work.
Things to confirm:
You clicked the activation link sent after registration
The activation email wasn’t missed or filtered into spam
Your account wasn’t automatically removed after 30 days due to non-activation
If your unactivated account was deleted, you can create a new account using the same email address.
Make sure your account hasn’t been removed
Inactive accounts are deleted for privacy.
For privacy and security reasons:
Accounts not activated within 30 days are automatically deleted
Accounts with no login activity for one full calendar year are automatically deleted
If your account was removed due to inactivity, you can create a new account at any time.
