Learn how to watch Sparkk TV on your TV using AirPlay or Chromecast, use keyboard shortcuts, and enable Picture-in-Picture mode.

Watching Sparkk TV on Your Television

Sparkk TV can be enjoyed on your TV screen using AirPlay or Chromecast, allowing you to cast or mirror content from your phone, tablet, or computer.
These options work across most Apple TVs, Smart TVs, Roku devices, and Chromecast-enabled displays — giving you a bigger, more cinematic viewing experience.

Using AirPlay with Apple Devices

If you’re using an iPhone, iPad, or Mac, AirPlay lets you stream Sparkk TV videos directly to your television.


On iPhone or iPad:

  1. Start playing a video on Sparkk TV.

  2. Tap the AirPlay icon in the video player.

  3. Select your Apple TV, Roku, or AirPlay-compatible Smart TV.

  4. The video will appear on your TV automatically.


On Mac (macOS Big Sur or newer):

  1. Open Control Center from the menu bar.

  2. Click Screen Mirroring and choose your TV.

  3. Once connected, set the Sparkk TV video to full screen for the best experience.

Using Chromecast & Screen Casting

If you’re on Android or using the Chrome browser, Chromecast makes it easy to cast Sparkk TV to your television.


From a desktop browser (Chrome or Edge):

  1. Click the browser menu () in the upper-right corner.

  2. Select Cast.

  3. Choose your Chromecast or compatible device from the list.

  4. Once connected, set the video to full screen for optimal playback.


From an Android phone or tablet:

  1. Swipe down from the top of your screen to open Quick Settings.

  2. Tap Screen Cast, Smart View, or Cast Screen (the name varies by manufacturer).

  3. Select your TV or Chromecast device.

  4. Open Sparkk TV in your mobile browser and press Play — your TV will mirror your screen.

Keyboard Playback Controls (Desktop Only)

If you’re watching Sparkk TV on a computer, you can use keyboard shortcuts for easy control:

Using Picture-in-Picture (PiP) Mode

Picture-in-Picture (PiP) lets you keep watching Sparkk TV in a small floating window while multitasking.

To enable PiP (where supported):

  1. Click the PiP icon in the video player controls (two rectangles).

  2. The video will shrink into a corner of your screen.

  3. You can drag or resize the PiP window while continuing to browse or work.

To return to normal view, click the window or select Restore to Tab.


PiP Mode is supported on:

  • Desktop: Chrome, Edge, and Safari (macOS)

  • Mobile: iPads (iPadOS 15+) and select Android devices

Tips for the Best Casting Experience

  • Ensure your phone, computer, and TV are on the same Wi-Fi network.

  • Use a 5 GHz Wi-Fi connection for smoother playback (recommended).

  • Keep your browser and device updated for best compatibility.

  • If playback freezes or lags, restart your casting session or reboot your router.

Troubleshooting

If casting or PiP isn’t working properly:

  • Confirm your browser allows pop-ups and media controls.

  • Make sure your TV or device supports AirPlay or Chromecast.

  • Restart both your casting device and your TV.

  • Clear your browser cache and try again.
