How to Create a Sparkk TV Account
Creating your account takes less than a minute:
Visit www.sparkk.tv and select Sign In at the top of the page.
Click Create an Account at the bottom of the login form.
Enter the following information:
Your full name
A valid email address (used for login and communication)
A secure password (minimum 6 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, a number, and a symbol)
Your date of birth (to confirm you’re 13 or older)
Optional: your gender and email update preferences
Before completing registration, review and agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Activating Your Account
After signing up, you’ll receive a verification email to confirm your account.
Click the activation link inside to complete registration.
If you don’t see the email:
Check your spam or junk folder.
Search your inbox for “Sparkk TV Activation.”
For security, unverified accounts are automatically deleted after 30 days.
If you can’t find or open the activation link, contact our Support Team for assistance.
Account and Login Issues
Forgotten Password
Click Forgot Your Password on the login page.
Enter your email address to receive a reset link.
Check your spam folder if you don’t see the email within a few minutes.
Wrong Credentials
Double-check your email and password — they’re case-sensitive.
If you see “Email Address Already in Use,” you already have an account. Use the password reset option to regain access.
Activation Errors
If you try to log in before verifying your account, you’ll be prompted to confirm your email.
Unactivated accounts older than 30 days are automatically removed for security reasons.

What Happened to Social Logins
In June 2021, Sparkk TV discontinued Facebook and Twitter login options to improve privacy and account security.
If you originally used one of those methods:
Visit the login page.
Click Forgot Your Password.
Enter the same email address used with your Facebook or Twitter account.
You’ll receive a link to create a new password for direct login.
Once you set a password, you can sign in using your email address — no social account required.
How to Delete Your Account
You’re always in control of your data.
To permanently delete your Sparkk TV account:
Go to Your Account → Privacy Request Form.
Choose Remove from the dropdown menu (instead of “Export”).
Enter your account email and submit the form.
You’ll receive a verification email — click the link to confirm deletion.
Once verified, your account and associated data will be securely deleted from our system.
Tips for Secure Account Management
Use a unique, strong password for Sparkk TV.
Avoid sharing your login with others.
Lock your device or enable Face ID when streaming on mobile.
Log out on shared or public computers.
