How to Submit a Series, Movie, or Podcast

A clear, step-by-step guide to preparing, submitting, and launching your project on Sparkk TV.

From Pitch to Premiere

Submitting your project to Sparkk TV is designed to be simple, transparent, and creator-friendly.

Whether your content is ready as a high-quality master file or already hosted on YouTube, our submission process makes it easy to get your story streaming on the platform — without gatekeeping or unnecessary barriers.

Sparkk TV supports two flexible submission options, both treated equally:

  • Direct File Uploads
Ideal for unreleased projects or master-quality files.

  • YouTube Link Submissions
Perfect if your content already streams on YouTube.

All approved projects stream within the Sparkk TV player, delivering a consistent HD viewing experience and equal visibility across the platform.

Step 1 — Prepare Your Project

Before contacting us, gather the following materials to ensure a smooth review:

Required Materials

  • Pilot episode or full film
1080p HD preferred (.mp4, .mov, or YouTube link)

  • Show synopsis
1–3 paragraphs describing the story, genre, and tone

  • Episode guide (for series)
    Brief summaries for each episode

  • Trailer or promo
    30–90 seconds recommended

  • Cast & crew information
Names and headshots for key participants

  • Key artwork
Poster and banner images (if available)

Tip:
For YouTube submissions, set all videos to Unlisted (not Private) so they can be securely embedded during review.

Step 2 — Contact the Creator Relations Team

Once your materials are ready, reach out using one of the following:

  • The Contact link in the site header or footer

  • The Contact widget on this page

Include:

  • Project title

  • Short summary (2–3 sentences)

  • Submission method (file upload or YouTube links)

You’ll receive a confirmation message with a submission reference number for tracking.

Step 3 — Submit Your Files or Links

Option A — File Uploads

Send a zipped project folder using one of these trusted services:

  • Dropbox (view-only share link)

  • WeTransfer (best for transfers under 2 GB)

  • Wormhole (up to 10 GB, no account required)

📁 Tip:
Use clear file names and include a short ReadMe.txt describing the contents.

Option B — YouTube Link Submissions

If your project is hosted on YouTube:

  1. Set each video to Unlisted

  2. Create a simple text file named VideoLinks.txt

  3. List each video clearly, for example:

Episode 1 – https://youtu.be/abcd1234xyz
Episode 2 – https://youtu.be/efgh5678lmn
Trailer – https://youtu.be/ijkl9012opq

Include this file with your submission or paste the links directly into your message.

Note:
Embedded YouTube views do not count toward YouTube analytics. Sparkk TV provides internal performance insights upon request so you can track engagement and reach.

You may also mix methods — for example, submitting episodes via YouTube while uploading artwork and trailers directly.

Step 4 — Review & Approval

Every submission goes through a clear review process:

  1. Technical Review
Playback, resolution, audio quality, and format

  2. Content Review
    Story, presentation, and originality

  3. Rights Verification
Confirmation of ownership and distribution permissions

You’ll receive updates as your project moves through each stage, including confirmation when it’s approved and scheduled.

Step 5 — Launch & Promotion

Once approved, your project premieres on Sparkk TV with a dedicated title page featuring:

  • Poster and description

  • Episode or film details

  • Streaming access within the Sparkk TV player

Your launch may also be supported through:

  • Homepage highlights

  • Curated collections

  • Up Next listings

  • Official Sparkk TV social channels

All projects — uploaded or YouTube-linked — receive the same presentation and discovery opportunities.
