Email Address Already In Use
When registering for an account or using Social Media for your account on Sparkk TV, you may get an error message that 'The Email Address is Already In Use'. This error means that an account is already registered to the email. In this case, please try the Forgot Password button to reset your password. If you believe this is an error or have never registered with Sparkk TV, please use the Contact Form and let us know your issue and we will try to resolve it for you. When contacting us, be sure to give us enough information to verify the validity of the email address.
When you signed up for your Sparkk TV account, you supplied us with a unique username you would use to login. Don't worry, we can remind you if you forgot. On the Login page just hit the Forgot Your Username link and enter your email address. We will then email you your username so you can log in again.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking the Forgot Your Password link on the Login page. Enter you email address that you used with your Sparkk TV Account and verify you are a human. We will then send you an email containing a link that will allow you to enter a new password. After completing these steps, you can log-in using your new password.
How Do I Delete My Account?
Go to Your Account and on the Account Menu, hit the Privacy Request Form. From there use the dropdown and change from Export to Remove. Enter your email & hit submit. We will start the removal process.
Sparkk TV uses Gravatar to display a picture or avatar for your account. Always make sure you have a Gravatar set-up for the email address you are using on Sparkk TV or a default blank image will be used. Prior to February 2017, Sparkk TV allowed uploads of custom avatars but switched to Gravatar after the old Comments system was deprecated and the new system required Gravatar.
