Managing Your Account and Privacy

Data access, exports, and deletion requests.

Sparkk TV is designed to keep accounts lightweight and privacy-focused. You remain in control of your personal data at all times.

This article explains how to review, export, or delete your account information.

Your data on Sparkk TV

What’s collected and why.

When you create a Sparkk TV account, we collect only what’s necessary to provide account features, such as:

  • Your email address

  • Account credentials

  • Watchlist data

Sparkk TV does not track viewing history or build behavioral profiles.

Requesting a data export

Accessing your account information.

You can request a copy of your account data at any time.

To request a data export:

  1. Sign in to your Sparkk TV account

  2. Go to Account → Privacy Request Form

  3. Submit a data access request

  4. Confirm the request via email

Once verified, your data will be prepared and sent to you.

Deleting your account

Permanent removal of your data.

If you no longer wish to maintain an account, you can request permanent deletion.

To delete your account:

  1. Go to Account → Privacy Request Form

  2. Select account deletion

  3. Submit the request

  4. Confirm via email

Once processed, your account and associated data are permanently removed and cannot be restored.

If you do not confirm after 30 days of the confirmation email being sent, the request will invalidated.

Verification and processing

Why confirmation is required.

For security and privacy reasons:

  • All data requests require email verification

  • Requests are processed only after confirmation

  • Deletion requests are irreversible once completed

This helps prevent unauthorized access or removal of accounts.

Automatic account removal

Privacy by default.

To avoid retaining unused personal data:

  • Unverified accounts are deleted after 30 days

  • Inactive accounts (no login activity) are deleted after one full calendar year

If an account is removed automatically, no personal data is retained.

Before you submit a request

Things to keep in mind.

  • Export requests provide a snapshot of current account data

  • Deletion removes all account data, including Watchlist items

  • You can create a new account at any time after deletion
