Reporting a Technical Problem

How to Report a Technical Issue

If you’ve already tried the troubleshooting steps in this Help Center and still need help, you can contact our Support Team directly using the Contact widget — available on every Help Center page.

To report an issue:

  1. Click the “Contact Us” bubble in the lower-right corner of your screen.

  2. The widget will open a short form asking for your:

    • Name

    • Email address

    • Message or description of the problem

Once submitted, your message is sent directly to our Support Team.
You’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know your report has been received.

Include as Much Detail as Possible

The more information you provide, the faster we can identify and resolve your issue.
When submitting a report, please include:

  • Your Device:
    (e.g., iPhone 15 Pro, Samsung Galaxy S24, Windows 11 laptop, MacBook Air M3)

  • Browser or App Version:
    (e.g., Chrome 129, Safari 17, Edge 129, or specify if you’re using the Sparkk TV PWA)

  • What Happened:
    Describe what you were doing when the issue occurred — for example:
    “The app froze after pressing play,” “Casting didn’t connect,” or “Search isn’t returning results.”

  • Affected Title (if applicable):
    (e.g., Elizabeth Carter – Movie, or The Last Stop – Episode 3)

  • Optional Screenshot or Screen Recording:
    Visuals help us diagnose issues faster, especially for layout, playback, or casting problems.

After You Submit

Once your message is submitted through the widget:

  • You’ll see an on-screen confirmation that your report was received.

  • You’ll also receive an email summary of your submission.

  • A member of our Support Team will review your report and respond — typically within 1–2 business days.

If your issue requires additional investigation or is part of a known system update, we’ll notify you as soon as a fix or workaround is available.

Why We Use the Contact Widget

The new Contact Us widget replaces the old email form on the main site.
It lets you reach our Support Team instantly without leaving the article you’re reading.

The widget also helps us collect technical information automatically — such as your browser type and device details — so we can troubleshoot more effectively.

  • Check your internet connection.

  • Update your browser or mobile operating system.

  • Clear cache and cookies if pages appear broken.
