Copyright to your content
Distribution rights
Licensing rights
The ability to publish, sell, or host your work elsewhere
Acceptance onto Sparkk TV does not restrict your creative or business decisions. You remain free to share your project on other platforms at any time.
What Sparkk TV needs to stream your content
A limited, non-exclusive license for platform use.
To stream and promote your project, Sparkk TV requires a non-exclusive license to:
Host and stream your content on Sparkk TV
Display associated artwork, titles, and descriptions
Use trailers or short clips for platform promotion
Include your project in curated collections and marketing
This license exists solely to support streaming and discovery on Sparkk TV.
It does not transfer ownership, does not prevent outside distribution, and does not limit your rights elsewhere.
