Submission Requirements & File Guidelines

What to prepare and how to deliver your content for review.

Use the checklist below to ensure your submission is complete. Providing everything upfront helps your project move through review more efficiently and reduces follow-up requests.

Submission checklist

Everything required before you submit.

Required content

  • Pilot episode (for series) or full film (for movies)

  • Podcast episode or representative sample (for podcasts)

  • 1080p video preferred (.mp4 or .mov) or an unlisted YouTube link

Required information

  • Project title

  • Synopsis (1–3 short paragraphs)

  • Episode guide (series only)

  • Creator name and contact email

Required promotional assets

  • Trailer or promo (30–120 seconds)

  • Poster artwork (740 × 1110 px or larger)

  • Banner artwork (1920 × 1080 px; minimal or no text preferred)

Submitting all required materials together helps avoid delays during review.

Accepted submission formats

File delivery options and best practices.

Sparkk TV supports both link-based and file-based submissions. All approved methods are treated equally.

YouTube submissions

  • Videos must be set to Unlisted or Public (not Private)

  • Provide direct links to each video

  • Ensure links are accessible and do not expire

Note: Embedded playback on Sparkk TV does not count toward YouTube analytics.

File submissions

  • Use a reliable file-sharing service

  • Provide direct download access

  • Avoid links that require special permissions or account logins

Supported formats:

  • Video: .mp4, .mov

  • Audio: .mp3, .wav

If using expiring links, make sure they remain active long enough for the review process.
