What to Expect After Submission

Once your project is submitted through the Creator Relations widget or by email, it enters a structured review timeline.

Our goal is to give every project thoughtful, human review — while keeping communication clear and predictable at each stage.

How You’ll Hear From Us

  • Additional materials or clarification are needed

  • Your project is approved and scheduled

Tip:
If you don’t see a confirmation within 2 business days, check your spam or junk folder and then contact us.
Adding both email addresses to your safe-sender list helps ensure timely delivery.

When (and When Not) to Reach Out


It’s appropriate to contact us if:

  • You haven’t received confirmation after 2 business days

  • You haven’t received an update after 3 weeks

  • You need to replace or correct a file or link

  • You’re clarifying credits, licensing, or metadata


It’s best not to reach out:

  • Within the first few days after submission

  • To request priority review — all projects are reviewed in order received

Respond Promptly to Requests

If our team requests missing materials or updates, please respond within 10 business days.

Timely replies keep your submission active.
If we don’t hear back within that window, the project may be temporarily paused until we receive a response.

This keeps all notes, files, and reviewer feedback in one place so our team can assist efficiently.

Fast Updates After Approval

Need to replace a file, update artwork, or fix metadata after approval?

No need to restart the process.

Simply reply to your most recent submission email with the updated materials.
Most post-approval updates are reviewed and published within 2–5 business days.

  • Creator interviews or behind-the-scenes content
