Updating or Removing Your Content

How to request updates, edits, or removal of your project from Sparkk TV.

You Stay in Control

At Sparkk TV, your work always remains yours.

We understand that independent projects evolve — episodes are updated, artwork improves, or distribution plans change. That’s why our platform is built to give creators full control at every stage.

You can request updates, temporary unlisting, or full removal at any time, with no contracts, penalties, or restrictions.

1. Updating Your Content

If you’ve made creative or technical changes, our Creator Relations team can update your project quickly and accurately.

Common Update Requests

  • Uploading new or remastered episodes or films

  • Replacing posters, banners, or promotional artwork

  • Adding or revising cast and crew credits

  • Updating synopses, descriptions, or metadata

  • Adding a new season or bonus content to an existing series

How to Request an Update

Contact us using the Contact widget or email creators@sparkk.tv, and include:

  • Project title

  • A clear description of what’s changing

  • Any new files, links, or artwork replacing older versions

Most updates are completed within 5–7 business days, and minor text or artwork changes are often faster.

Tip:
Use clear, consistent file names (for example, ShowName_S2E1.mp4) to help speed up processing.

2. Removing Your Content

If you decide to take your project down — temporarily or permanently — you’re free to do so at any time.

There are no exclusivity clauses and no removal penalties.

How to Request Removal

Provide:

  • Project title

  • Your full name (as listed during submission)

  • Reason for removal (optional, but appreciated)

Once verified, removal is typically completed within 7 business days, followed by a confirmation email.

3. Temporary Unlisting (Optional)

Not ready for permanent removal?

You can request temporary unlisting, which hides your project from search, collections, and public pages while keeping it safely stored.

Temporary unlisting is ideal if:

  • You’re revising or remastering content

  • You’re negotiating a new distribution agreement

  • You’re updating media or artwork

You may also specify a restoration date (for example, 30 or 60 days), and we’ll automatically re-publish your project on that date.

4. What Happens After Removal

When a project is removed:

  • The public show or film page is taken offline

  • Past promotional posts remain visible but redirect to a “Content Unavailable” page

  • Metadata and files are securely archived for internal recordkeeping only

If you choose to return later, we can restore your project quickly using archived materials.

Optional:
If you’re moving your project to another platform, we can temporarily mark it as “Streaming Elsewhere”before full removal to guide viewers.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

For security and verification purposes, Sparkk TV keeps a private archive of removed or unlisted projects.

This allows us to:

  • Confirm ownership if needed

  • Resolve disputes

  • Restore content upon request

Archived materials are never shared or displayed publicly.

You may request permanent deletion at any time by emailing creators@sparkk.tv.

6. Fastest Way to Reach Us

The quickest way to request updates or changes is through the Contact widget in the lower-right corner of this page.

Select “Creator Submission / Update Request” and include your project title and details.

Our Creator Relations team typically responds within 48 business hours.

In Summary

  • You always control your work

  • Updates and removals are simple and penalty-free

  • Temporary unlisting is available for flexibility

  • Content is archived securely and deletable on request

If you ever need help or have questions, reach out anytime via the Contact widget or email creators@sparkk.tv.
