You can still watch Sparkk TV on these platforms using casting or screen mirroring.

Sparkk TV does not currently have a native Roku app.
However, you can watch on Roku by:
Using AirPlay from an iPhone, iPad, or Mac
Casting from Chrome or an Android device
Using screen mirroring from a compatible device
These methods provide full access to the Sparkk TV library.
