As of June 1, 2021, logging in or creating a Sparkk TV account through Facebook and Twitter is no longer be an option. We understand this might be a change for some users, and we want to assure you it wasn't an easy decision.
Here's why we're making this move:
Privacy First: Protecting our viewers' information is our top priority. Removing social logins allows us to better safeguard your data and keep your Sparkk TV experience private.
Minimal Impact: Currently, less than 1% of accounts relied on social logins. We hope this change affects very few viewers.
What if my account used Facebook or Twitter to log in?
No worries! Simply choose the "forgot password" option on the login page and create a new password for your Sparkk TV account. Your login email address from Facebook or Twitter will remain the same.
