After You Submit

Once your project is submitted, it enters a structured review process designed to be transparent, predictable, and creator-friendly.
You’ll receive clear updates at every major milestone — no guesswork, no chasing status.

Here’s exactly what happens next.

1. Submission Confirmation

After submitting your project through the Contact widget or by emailing creators@sparkk.tv, your materials are logged into our system.

Within 1–2 business days, you’ll receive a confirmation email verifying that your submission has been received.

That email includes:

  • Your submission reference number

  • Your project title as listed in our system

  • Confirmation of your submission method (file upload or YouTube links)

Tip:
Save your confirmation email — it’s the fastest way for us to locate your submission if you need support later.

2. Verification of Materials

Next, our team verifies that everything you submitted is complete and accessible.

This includes checking that:

  • Videos play correctly without errors

  • Artwork meets size and format guidelines

  • Written descriptions and metadata are included


If You Submitted YouTube Links

We validate each link to ensure it embeds properly in the Sparkk TV player.

If a video is:

  • Set to Private, or

  • Has embedding disabled

We’ll email you with clear instructions on how to fix it.

Once verified, you’ll receive confirmation that your links are ready for review.

Good to know:
You can update or replace YouTube links at any time before launch by replying to your submission email.

3. Technical Review

After verification, your project enters technical review.

Our team checks for:

  • Video resolution and encoding compatibility

  • Clear, synchronized audio

  • Proper episode order and naming consistency

  • Playback performance across browsers and devices

If we spot an issue — such as corrupted files or playback errors — we’ll contact you with specific guidance on how to resolve it.

4. Content Review

Once technical checks are complete, your project moves into content review.

This stage focuses on presentation and platform fit, including:

  • Story pacing and structure

  • Visual and audio quality

  • Artwork and title formatting

  • Overall consistency with Sparkk TV’s viewing experience

Content review typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on submission volume and project size.

You’ll receive an update when this stage begins and another when it’s complete.

5. Approval & Scheduling

When your project passes both technical and content review, it enters final approval and scheduling.

You’ll receive an Approval & Scheduling email that includes:

  • Your official Sparkk TV page URL

  • Your planned premiere date (if applicable)

  • Confirmation of playback type (uploaded files or YouTube-embedded)


Premiere Timing

  • All new releases go live at 3:00 a.m. Eastern Time

  • Social announcements typically follow between 6:00–10:00 a.m. Eastern Time

This schedule allows creators to coordinate posts and engagement alongside Sparkk TV’s promotion.

6. Launch & Promotion

Once live, your project may be supported through:

  • Homepage highlights

  • Curated collections

  • Up Next listings

  • Official Sparkk TV social channels

If your project is selected for a special feature or spotlight, our team will reach out directly to coordinate details.

All projects — including YouTube-linked titles — receive equal visibility and stream within the Sparkk TV player.

7. Ongoing Updates & Changes

You remain in full control of your content after approval.

You can request updates at any time, including:

  • Replacing video files or YouTube links

  • Updating artwork, titles, or descriptions

  • Temporarily unlisting or removing your project

Simply reply to your existing submission email or use the Contact widget.
Your submission reference number remains active — no need to start over.

Need Help or a Status Check?

If you:

  • Don’t receive a confirmation within 2 business days, or

  • Haven’t received an update after 3 weeks

Contact creators@sparkk.tv and include:

  • Project title

  • Submission reference number (if available)

  • Email address used during submission

We’ll verify your status and follow up promptly.
