What Happens After You Submit

How your project moves from review to decision.

Once your submission is received, it enters Sparkk TV’s review process.

All submissions are reviewed by real people. We evaluate both technical quality and overall platform fit before making a decision.

The review process

How submissions are evaluated step by step.

Most submissions move through the following stages:

1. Confirmation

You’ll receive an email confirming that your submission has been received and queued for review.

2. Technical review

We check playback, resolution, audio quality, file access, and link availability to ensure your materials are review-ready.

3. Content review

We evaluate originality, presentation, and overall fit for the Sparkk TV platform.

4. Decision & next steps

If your project is approved, we’ll contact you to discuss scheduling, assets, and launch details.

Not all submissions are accepted, but every submission is reviewed carefully.

Timelines & communication

When you’ll hear from us and what to expect.

Review timelines vary depending on submission volume, project length, and format.

Typical communication includes:

  • Initial confirmation: within a few business days

  • Review period: varies by project type and length

  • Follow-up communication: once review is complete

We’ll contact you by email when:

  • Additional information is needed

  • A decision has been made

  • Next steps are ready to be discussed

Please avoid sending multiple follow-up emails unless your materials need updating.

Submission status updates

What different review statuses mean.

During the review process, you may receive one or more status updates, including:

  • Received — Your submission has been received and queued for review

  • In Review — Your project is actively being evaluated

  • Approved — Your project has been accepted for Sparkk TV

  • Not Accepted — Your project is not a fit at this time

Approval notifications will include details about:

If your project is not accepted, you’re welcome to submit future projects.

Need to update your submission?

If you need to replace links, update files, or correct information, reply directly within the original email thread. There’s no need to submit a new project unless requested.
