Sparkk TV removes certain accounts automatically to protect user privacy and prevent the storage of unused personal data.
If you’re unable to sign in or your account no longer exists, one of the reasons below is likely the cause.
Unverified accounts
Accounts must be activated to remain active.
After creating an account, you’re required to verify your email address by clicking the activation link sent to you.
If an account is not activated within 30 days:
The account is automatically deleted
Any associated personal data is removed
The email address can be used again to create a new account
This policy helps prevent unauthorized or accidental account creation.
Inactive accounts
Accounts are removed after long periods of inactivity.
To avoid retaining unused personal information, Sparkk TV removes accounts that have not been accessed for an extended period.
If an account has no login activity for one full calendar year:
The account is automatically deleted
Watchlist data and account settings are removed
No personal data is retained
This applies only to accounts with zero login activity during that time.
What happens after deletion
Clear expectations.
Once an account is deleted:
It cannot be restored
Watchlist data is permanently removed
You’ll need to create a new account to use account features again
Account deletion does not affect your ability to watch content without signing in.
