We exist to amplify independent voices, not control them. Our platform was built around a simple principle: creators deserve freedom, clarity, and respect for their creative work.
Submitting your project to Sparkk TV does not transfer ownership, exclusivity, or long-term control.
You remain the rights holder at all times.
How Our Non-Exclusive License Works
When your project is approved, you grant Sparkk TV a non-exclusive, royalty-free license that allows us to:
Stream your content on sparkk.tv and other Sparkk-branded platforms
Display trailers, artwork, and promotional stills
Feature your project in collections, social posts, and platform promotions
This license applies only to Sparkk TV.
You are free to distribute, monetize, or host your content anywhere else — including YouTube, Vimeo, or other streaming platforms — without limitation.
Think of Sparkk TV as a global showcase, not a gatekeeper.
Why Non-Exclusive Matters
Many platforms require exclusive agreements that limit where creators can share their work.
Sparkk TV takes a different approach.
With our non-exclusive model, you can:
Publish or re-release your project anywhere, anytime
Retain all intellectual property and commercial rights
Monetize independently through sponsorships, merchandise, or crowdfunding
We’re here to support your growth — not restrict it.
Special Campaigns & Optional Features
From time to time, we may invite creators to participate in larger promotional opportunities, such as:
Homepage takeovers
Featured creator spotlights
Press or festival-related campaigns
Participation is always optional.
We’ll never include your project in expanded promotions without your explicit written consent.
Updating or Removing Your Content
You may request updates or removal of your project at any time — with no penalties or waiting periods.
To make a request, contact Creator Relations via the Contact widget or email creators@sparkk.tv with:
Your project title
The type of request (update or removal)
Confirmation that you are the rights holder
Once verified, we’ll process your request and confirm when it’s complete.
Updates such as new artwork, trailers, descriptions, or episode titles can be made without re-submitting your project.
Respect for Creative Ownership
Sparkk TV maintains strict respect for intellectual property.
If a copyright or ownership concern is ever raised, we temporarily pause public streaming of the affected project while the issue is reviewed.
This approach protects both creators and the integrity of the platform.
