How to Get in Touch

The easiest way to contact us is through the Contact widget, available on every page of the Sparkk TV Help Center.
Click the “Contact Us” bubble in the lower-right corner of your screen to open a short form. You’ll be asked for your name, email address, and a brief description of your issue.

Once submitted, your message is sent directly to our Support Team.
You’ll receive an email confirmation right away letting you know your request was received.

Email Support

You can also email us directly at support@sparkk.tv — especially if the Contact widget isn’t accessible on your device.
Please include as much detail as possible (for example, your device, browser, and what happened).

Our team typically responds within 1–2 business days.
Support is based in the United States (Eastern Time) and monitors messages Monday through Friday.
